Meal consists of 48 oz. beef brisket, 32 oz. french fries and 24 oz. of cole slaw, accompanied by 2 dinner rolls smothered in gravy. Competitors have one hour to finish ALL food on their plate.  Top three fastest times place.

  • 2nd place - wins automatic entry to next year’s event, name in lights and a beautiful commemorative t-shirt.
